" The staff were absolutely great - every one of them that I came in contact with. They were friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to help in ways I hadn't even thought of, and in a very effective way. They obviously cared that the reputation of the hotel was maintained. I felt completely at home from the start. My room had all the facilities that I needed. I walked to the INEC centre on a couple of nights - about 10 minutes or a very short drive - for 2 very enjoyable shows. It was also a very good centre for exploring the Killarney national Park, the town itself, the Ring of Kerry, the Dingle Peninsula and Tralee (Siamsa Tire) and Ardfert to the north. In fact I still have things to see so may well be back. - Dec '10
